The term “Yorkshire and Humberside Regional Committee”
refers to the committee appointed by Yorkshire and Humberside members of the British Triathlon Association. The aim of the committee is, to develop Triathlon and related multi sport events within the Yorkshire and Humberside boundary area, through strategies and initiatives that are thought to increase the number of participants, active coaches, events and clubs. The Regional Committee also work to the objectives of increasing and supporting the number of registered volunteers, delivering an effective talent identification and support structure, supporting existing clubs to become accredited (quality assured) and meeting regional assurance criteria.
