Talent Search Coordinator

Type of Volunteering

To act as the Talent Search Coordinator for the Regional Committee.

 

Main Purpose of Volunteering

 

To assist to ensure a clubs in developing links with swimming and athletics clubs with talented swim/runners; to assist clubs in developing links with local schools and to work closely with the Young Persons Coordinator to ensure a programme of competition for regional athletes.

 

Responsible to

The Chair of the Regional Committee and the Young Persons Officer.

 

Competencies / Experience required

 

Be organised, dependable and be willing and happy to work with children and young people.

Commitment required

 

9 x 2 hour meetings per year. There may also be a requirement of attendance at any regional training days/academies.
