Technical Coordinator

Type of Volunteering

 

 

To act as Technical Coordinator on a Regional/Club Committee.

 

 

Main Purpose of Volunteering

 

To provide technical advice and support to event organisers and the Regional/Club committee and to liaise with Rules and Technical Committee re appointment of referees for major events taking place within the Region.

 

Responsible to

The Regional/Club Chairperson.

 

Competencies / Experience required

 

Be well organised, thorough and have basic knowledge of risk assessment and refereeing in Triathlon. Further training will be given.

Commitment required

 

For Regional Committee, a maximum of 9 x 2 hour meetings per year. This may be less for club committees.
